Once ordered, items will be put on hold for up to ten business days. If payment is not received within ten business days, the ordered items will be put back up for sale. No future orders will be honored. Refunds and exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis.

Also note that we do not own a business and we do not sell cels on a full-time basis. While there are only two of us maintaining this site, we will do our very best to answer everyone as quickly and as professionally as we possibly can. Thank you!
